Lady Grace's Mysteries
It was a fun, intense experience recording ADR film dubbing for the entire series of 10 episodes in our new Studio 2 ADR booth with a forthcoming BBC series called Lady Grace’s Mysteries with stunning young actor Rafael Alessandro.
Dubbing producer Helena dialled in to direct on Zoom from Belgium with director Louise Ní Fhiannachta, from Ireland with Rafael in the studio. It was his first ADR session and our first using the amazing ADR software Cue Pro which runs in tandem with Protools 2025/26 version.

Despite doing a fair amount of ADR now, it was the session I think I did best so far. It’s pretty full on recording, calling out multiple takes and hosting on Zoom at the same time and always a relief when all goes well as lots of things can go wrong.
The series, which has already been commissioned for a second series, will be released on multiple broadcasting platforms around the world.
THE QUEENS LENDER
We had the great privilege of recording the audiobook of The Queens Lender for Scotland Street Press by author and narrator Jean Findlay.
Set against the glittering yet perilous courts of Edinburgh and London in the early 17th century, The Queen’s Lender follows George Heriot, goldsmith, money-lender and confidant to James VI & I and his Danish queen, Anne of Denmark. When the king succeeds to the English throne in 1603, Heriot must navigate shifting power, explosive religious tensions and high-stakes court intrigue, all while quietly building a legacy of philanthropy whose traces still endure in Edinburgh today. It seemed particularly apt recording in our studio in Edinburghs' Historic Old Town.
HARMONIC OVERDRIVE ALBUM UNDERWAY
Kirsty and I are halfway into composing and recording tracks for our new album which is due for completion in 2026. We are really happy with the songs so far, most of which were composed on Guitar and keyboards and which feature Kirsty's signature Electric Violin and Lead Vocals. It's been an effortless and fun experience and the songs have just appeared as if from nowhere with the minimum of interference. Looking forward to sharing more when the time comes.
PILGRIM - WHO DARES WINS - AUDIOBOOK
We are currently recording an audiobook by author/narrator Colin MacLachlan. "The Pilgrim: SAS Who Dares Wins", and the name of the show that a former SAS soldier, Colin MacLachlan, is known for. His autobiography, The Pilgrim, details his life, including his time in the British Army and SAS, his experiences on TV shows, and a 10-year battle to get the book published.
Colin is an accomplished narrator who has been in the studio previously recording voice overs for various projects.
Hearing his story in his own voice is fascinating and we are delighted to be involved having been commissioned by Bonnier Books.
