Nicola Sturgeon was back at Offbeat this month, recording a new preface for the paperback edition of her memoir, Frankly, for Macmillan. It was lovely to welcome her back to the studio after recording the full unabridged audiobook last year.
Following recent controversy, the preface sees her address the fraud conviction of her ex husband, Peter Murrell, setting out her own account of events, and reflecting on her new direction since stepping back from Scottish politics.

Great to welcome broadcaster and podcast host Gemma Cairney back to Offbeat to record her new audiobook for Canongate, our third project since she moved to Scotland, having first worked together for BBC Radio 6.
