Where There Is Evil by Sandra Brown OBE - Audiobook Production

Scottish Podcast Awards 2025
Coatbridge: The Disappearance of Moira Anderson, was the gripping podcast Offbeat recorded last year for London Production Company Chalk & Blade, and narrated by Sandra Brown OBE and created with journalist Rachael Revesz. The podcast was runner-up at the 2025 Scottish Podcast of the Year Awards in May, having reached No.1 in the True Crime category on Audible.
Now, Sandra’s astonishing true story in which she reveals her own father’s involvement in the disappearance of 7 year old Moira in late 1950s in Coatbridge, has being recorded and produced at Offbeat by Iain McKinna and Olivia Caw as the audiobook edition of her Sunday Times bestseller Where There Is Evil, for Pan Macmillan.
Sandra Brown OBE is the founder of The Moira Anderson Foundation which was set up in 2000 to provide support to children and adults affected by childhood sexual abuse.
The new edition of the book and audiobook contains revelations discovered since the original publication. Sandra's investigation is ongoing however as she is determined to achieve the outcome Moira deserves.
The recording of the story with Sandra's narration was a harrowing yet inspiring experience for us at Offbeat and we are in awe of Sandra's relentless efforts to uncover the truth.
